About Us
Established in 1974 as traders from Nagdevi hardware market, the Delight Industrial Works team has over 110 man years experience in serving the industry with quality bolts, nuts and washers in India and Middle East Africa. Reliable manufacturers, industrial suppliers and exporters of mild steel, high tensile, stainless steel and brass hardware are the backbone to our existence. From clinching fasteners, weld fasteners, nylon and plastic fasteners to sheet metal screws, self taping screws, non standard fasteners and special fasteners – we develop, stock and supply to scaling plants.

Assembling & Kitting Operations
Many OEM’s want to minimize their effort in C class fasteners. Hence instead of taking inventories in packs of multiple components, they are looking at having the entire set of fasteners as 1 line item that can be tightly controlled. Because of this, it becomes worthwhile to assemble the sets of washers, lock nuts and full nuts into a well labelled kit that makes QC, production and materials management more focused on their core.
Packing & Packaging
We have a 3 phase packaging policy: Primary, secondary and master packaging to ensure no pilferage, seepage during transit, easy handling and protection against corrosion. We are super sensitive about the quality of packaging and wants of our customers. We treat our fasteners like gold and are aware that proper maintenance while transportation or storage when lying on the racks of your stores is critical.
While we facilitate lean inventory with industries, we ensure utmost attention to requisite packaging. Key aspects of our packing and packaging standard Operating procedures (SOPs)
Wherever there is absence of forklifts or other equipments, we need to keep the weight in control per bag. Issuing to the production line should not depend on the availability of labour or machines like forklifts. Hence the pack sizes are designed to be manoeuvered by an average individual adult.
Considering the different climates and geographies across which our material is transported, we tend to ensure it is water resistant. Plastic wrapping helps to protect the outer carton. Internally the hardware is already in 50micron+ polythene packs.
Plated High tensile or MS material need to packed with an external layer of corrugated board in order to preserve the texture and threading before it reaches its point of consumption. Abrasion/rubbing in threading can render a fastener in-effective
Labelling for Stores
Appropriate labels enable you to distribute it to the appropriate operations’ bin or production racks. Several factories use Kanban approach to optimize their inventory cost. Our scalable and flexible labelling solution aids in identifying reorder levels, if any. While our handling proof labelling makes identification of items, specifications & quantities easy to identify, this is scalable. Industry nomenclature, DIN numbers, project ID part no. or local jargon – with date, supplier identification and warranty, as applicable. This can be customized as per client requirements.
Packs with the quantity make it easy for audit and stock taking apart from operational synergies.
Professional Hardware Providers
Our pricing is transparent. We prefer annual rate contracts to minimize the time spent on commercial discussions on critical items. Turnaround time for quotations is less than 24 hours. Very few suppliers of hardware provide a clear timeline and transparency on the material quality certification, quantity and delivery schedule with transport tracking. OUr material under goes rigorous testing before being shipped. All this is documented in line with our ISO 9001 QMS policy. Complexities like ROHS compliance for exports, passivations of different types – electro-plating, hot dip galvanizing with salt spray compliances as per the requisite standards ISO 4042: 2018 & ISO 10684:2004 or even blackodized ISO 11408 are adroitly managed by Team Delight.

Development of non standard hardware and importing it
We have developed products for the navy, the armed forces and national aerospace authorities to ensure localization as well as cost control. Imported machinery with metric and imperial specifications (in inches) that need to be manufactured in smaller quantities is also supported. We have participated in “Make in India” initiatives by developing several forging and casting hardware products.
